What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a wholistic science that using the art of muscle monitoring to access information about their well-being. Muscle monitoring shows how a person’s central nervous system is responding to challenges in their life. It is the ultimate in mind-body integration and feedback. We work with men, women and children to bring about the balance between mental, physical and emotional aspects. Kinesiology works with a person’s whole being system to create long-term changes consistent with one’s values and bring awareness to the many unconscious reactions to stress.
We may use any number of balancing tools from belief system re-organization, emotional wellbeing tools, nutritional awareness, energetic tools such as access points on Chinese acupuncture meridians, essences or homeopathic and muscle or structural rebalancing. It all depends on where and how the imbalances were created.
Kinesiology marries together ancient philosophies of Eastern medicine with western medicine.
How does Kinesiology work?
Kinesiology is non-invasive and uses muscle monitoring as a biofeedback system to identify those factors that are blocking your body’s natural healing processes.
Muscle monitoring is a natural biofeedback mechanism which supplies information via the nerve pathways and meridian systems of the brain and body, known as our subconscious. Our subconscious holds our memories, beliefs and information about our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being.
